Maintain Your Beauty

Although aging is inevitable, there are many things that we can do to delay the process and age gracefully. How we take care of ourselves now (internally and externally) will result in our appearance later. Many people fear aging but it is not necessarily a bad thing. As we grow older we actually become more comfortable in our own skin and understand ourselves better through life's experience. I say, "aging should not be feared but embraced like a fine glass of wine"!

Healthy Habits:

1. Drink Lots of Water Everyday

2. Exercise Regularly

3. Include Fruits & Vegetables in your diet

4. Eat Vitamins

5. Have a good skin regimen

A New Realm

Sometimes life is like a video game, you have to complete one level to get to the next. Although there are challenges you face in the first level, you still have to overcome them before you can pass and get into the next level. Once you enter this new level there are things that are familiar and certain tools that you recall but many things are new, unknown, and anticipated. The security is that there is a level of confidence that you enter this new realm with because of what you have previously learned. You know that you have the capability to win just like the previous levels. Everything you learn is an achievement and a step further to finishing the game. I have been blessed to have a great journey in both NYC and Miami and have definitely entered my new realm.

Goodbye NYC / Hello MIAMI !!!!!!

I have had such a wonderful trip here in NYC and I thank this wonderful city for being so great to me. I have experienced so many new places, restaurants, and events. The street lights have inspired me, the Gala events have motivated me, and the fast pace has helped me pick up my own movement towards my goals. I learned a lot on this trip and was exposed to many new things. I think being in NYC at this stage of my life definitely allowed me to appreciate the variety in this city; furthermore, my openness to receive contributed to the exposure that I have experienced. The theme for this trip was to make magic and indeed the magic happened! My journey continues to a new destination which is Miami. I have never been but am looking forward to another new and blessed adventure!

Until Next time NYC!!!!!!
