    I can't believe on March 1, 2012 it will be one year since IBI has been live! I am so proud that I started this blog and it has reached several domestic and international readers. I have written over 50 articles and it has been a pleasure being able to share my thoughts and insights with such a global audience. Moving forward, I have decided to expand IBI by diversifying its page. I plan on adding new features and more flavor! I also invite new ideas from readers, writers, and artist. Happy New Year Everyone!

     Once again we are on top of a New Year...time to create new beginnings and start fresh. Being in the beginning of a new year is a good time to regroup, analyze, and evaluate what has been working for you and what has not been. Start fresh by setting a clear vision for your new plans or existing, create
strategic methods to incorporate them into your plans, and most of all stay FOCUSED to execute and accomplish. Whatever your goals are, allow yourself to blossom and you will create your path to your goals in doing so.  Make every moment of your life and existence count and become the best possible version of you!

LAV-ISH LAUNCH CELEBRATION

       Happy Holidays to Everyone! I hope that everyone had a very Merry Christmas and is enjoying themselves this holiday season. My life/year 2011 has been spectacular and I am so grateful for all my blessings. The gift of life, the love and support of family and friends, and the power in ACHIEVEMENT

 are on the top of my acknowledgement list this year. From beginning the year by creating  "Insights By Ish Blog" to ending the year with a launch celebration for "LAV-ISH" has been very fulfilling for me; in addition to ALL ( Miami, New York, LA) the great experiences in between. I have achieved in pretty much everything that I set out for myself this year and it was AMAZING to see it all come together and reflect on! You can truly achieve anything that you put your mind too and nothing is impossible! Your reality is your state of mind. I take a moment to congratulate myself for all my accomplishments, express gratitude for all my blessings, and emit positive frequency for my future. I wish fulfillment for everyone!

Launch of " LAV-ISH"

Hello Everyone!!!!!

      I would like to introduce the latest FABULOUS addition to Insights By Ish.  As you all know, I am very much into skin, beauty, and cosmetics; with that being said I am living out a true passion of mine and am super excited to share it with the world! Earlier this year I went back to school to learn fundamentals about natural plants, minerals, and herbs. In addition to learning about natural extracts, I also learned how to make all natural skin care products. This was very exciting for me to learn because I was able to use my own knowledge through research about skin + cosmetics and combine it with my creativity to formulate the perfect all natural skin care line.

       LAV-ISH is an all natural skin care line created by me which is filled with natural oils, vitamins, minerals, herbs, and plant extracts. In creating my products, my focus has been to create high quality natural products where people can see and feel results. I will be sharing each product individually on the blog and educating readers about it's benefits. Please feel free to reach out to me through email at anytime for further information.. I thank everybody for their continuous support and look forward to another successful endeavor.

With any new beginning a celebration is a must!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

        Happy Thanksgiving To All! Thanksgiving is much more than eating turkey and watching football. It is a special day reserved to reflect, take gratitude, and embrace appreciation. We are all  soooooooo blessed to be a part of the gift of life and all the magical events that take place in our lives which make us special and  unique. Everyday we are blessed with something new whether we acknowledge it or not; for example, just waking up in the morning is a blessing within it self. To be thankful is to appreciate all blessings: past, present, and future. Our footprints throughout life has led us on the path that we are currently on, and every moment should be appreciated because we would not be where or who we are today without the past events. Be thankful for every moment and every person that you have connected with in your life because it is all a part of your growth today. Be thankful for the kindness of strangers, support of family & friends, and the divine beauty of life!

Contain to Maintain

       Life, Life, and Life! It is beautiful how we all have the ability to imagine, create, set goals, and reach out to achieve them. However, it can be challenging to strategize time when dealing with a variety of different tasks. Nobody wants to loose anything that they have made, but it can be overwhelming juggling and prioritizing busy schedules. I am currently exploring a new position in my career, in addition to other projects that I am working on. I am so grateful to be pursing my goals and it is amazing to observe things come together. On the same note, I was also being challenged with strategzing my time and keeping enough momentum going to spend ample time on other projects and areas of my life. For me, it is important to be able to maintain all areas of my life and keep a balance between different tasks. I am learning the true value of time and how precious it really is. In its own form, everything can be managed (except for universal powers) , it just depends on how it is being managed. If you challenge yourself  by testing your own boundaries, then you will learn that there is a lot more that you are capable of doing. Our momentum, determination, and energy come from within and it is the matter of adjusting, expanding, and strategizing to keep balance.We really do have the ability to achieve whatever we set out to do! One of the main things in maintaining, is to not weaken or neglect what has already been made, but continue to pay attention and strengthen old and new because it is  a foundation for other tiers to expand off of.
