Courage

Courage is a very important word but not easily understood or practiced.  Courage is the most powerful trait we can bring to any situation but it is one of the most difficult actions to practice.  So what does this powerful word that holds so much weight actually mean? According to dictionary.com, the definition of courage is: the quality of mind or spirit that enablesa person to face difficulty, danger, pain, etc., without fearbravery. Now what does this mean... For me, I think courage means to be in your own truth! It is the process of being able to listen to your spirit, feel strongly for what it is asking for, and acting upon that. However, the practice of courage is much more difficult because it challenges a person to face the adversity of their fears. It takes the same amount of energy to build the courage to succeed as it takes to accept the terms of failure. However, I truly believe if a person is in their own truth, does not hold back on themselves, then the outcome of any situation cannot lead you wrong.

# Create Momentum

Many of our goals and desires differ from one another, whether a person is trying to master a sport, learn a business, or loose weight one thing that is essential for all is MOVEMENT. If a person has a strong desire to fulfill theirs goals then they must create momentum in their lives. One great way to create momentum is through performance and consistency. By creating momentum through performance and consistency it will allow you to stay involved and relevant to your goals. By just staying proactive and involved  you will be in momentum. You can educate yourself about anything at anytime but only your commitment to it will help you achieve it.  If something is not working for you then you must determine your own limits of staying in or getting out, but regardless movement is needed to get to the next possibility.  In addition, if your not sure where to begin with your goals then start by knocking on a bunch of different doors and see which ones open for you. You have the ability to create the best version of you.

My three simple rules to create momentum:
1. Take Action 2. Stay involved 3. Be consistent

You have to be in it, to win it!

Determination

DETERMINATION:

We have all heard the saying, "that if there is a will there is a way" so how do we keep ourselves determined in achieving?  I believe when you really want something that it has to come from the core of who you are and you have to be able to keep yourself motivated and focused no matter how many surprises or  challenges come your way. To believe in your dreams is to believe in yourself! There will always be tests and distractions in life, but it is upon us to bring ourselves back to what our initial focus is and re-center ourselves to keep our vision clear. I think when a person is able to revert themselves back to there initial reason and want then they have achieved in determination, a higher part of their self, and found a new will for their way!

There is No Time like the Present!

Timing is Everything

I have always been fascinated with time and all the concepts and cliches that go along with it. Time is amazing because it never stops, always moves forward, and never waits for anyone. We are all connected through time and although we repeat the same hours everyday, go through the same schedule of 7 days a week, and live 365 days a year, no day or time is or will ever be alike. Even though we are all connected under the concept of time, the affects of time work differently for everyone. Whether a person experiences a  loss of a job, loved one, or a relationship the healing time varies depending on any given situation. Just like the patience needed for healing the same is true when it comes to receiving. I believe that everyone is placed in certain situations, at certain times, for certain reasons in their lives and time works with with them accordingly. One thing is for sure that the present is a gift and the future is not promised. So if there is something that you want to do or say... then trust yourself, don't hold back, and be free to express and create. Time is too precious too be wasted or delayed. Lastly, I believe time will work with you if you work with it; but remember time works on its own schedule and speed so be patient and let it do its thing.
